Q: Who will be cleaning my home?

A: A regularly assigned team of trained Elite Team members will clean your home. All employees are uniformed, insured, and bonded. Our team will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while inside your home.

Q: What do I have to do before my cleaning?

A: So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.

Q: What if something is damaged during the cleaning?

A: We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, Elite Cleaning will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.

Q: Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

A: No. Elite Cleaning Team brings all the equipment and proven cleaning solutions to your home with each visit.

Q: Do I need to be home when Elite Cleaning Team comes?

A: Most of our customers are not home when we clean. Only the Team who will be cleaning your home will have access to your home. To insure added security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lockout charge.

Q: What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?

A: If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 48-hour notice. When short notice is given, we may need to charge a fee if the team cannot be reassigned.

Q: How do I pay for the service?

A: Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to Elite Cleaning Team. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit. We offer invoicing options as well. 

Q: What time will the cleaning crew get to my house?

A: Our regular workdays are from 8:00 to 5:00. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to give an exact time of arrival, but we will try to make every effort to ensure that we arrive as close to the booked time as possible. If the cleaners are delayed by more than 30 minutes, we will call you.

Q: Where is my key kept between appointments?

A: Your key will be tagged with a code for our reference. The key is given to your cleaning crew on the day of the cleaning and returned to the office where it is kept secured between appointments.

Q: What should I do about my security system?

We suggest that you program a separate code for us.
